Just how important are training tempos, rep quality, and certain ranges of motion? Pretty damn important, but I want to be sure you understand the context and application! ‘RIR’ and ‘RPE’ are gauges to measure your training intensity, and they can be mildly confusing so I explain those, and give examples as to how you should be using them to make sure you’re making the most return on your training-investment.
