I have Matt McLeod on today’s episode, who is a tremendous online coach and registered dietician, while also the host of the ‘More Than Fitness’ podcast. Matt is a fun, interesting, down to Earth guy who knows how to articulate how important fitness is, while also proposing that you shouldn’t focus exclusively on your fitness goals (which I agree with wholeheartedly).

In this episode Matt & I get into his background in bodybuilding, how he got into coaching, and what led him to his current objective and flexible perspective, while we also talk bourbon, and even play a game of ‘would you rather.’
