In this episode I explore the ever-growing topic of mental health. From my current social media break and some awareness that’s brought me, to elaborating on why the gym shouldn’t be your ONLY outlet.
I hope that my perspective on this topics gives some valued insight! The radical change just such a small modification of no social media can provide is eye-opening. From experience, I’ve seen those that use the gym as an outlet for happiness, escape, self-care and health are the healthiest. However, those that use the gym exclusively for that type of care usually create another outlet for stress or disorder! Hear me elaborate.
