Interview With Fitness With Dal P!

I finally got to connect with Dallas in person. Like the majority of modern connections we started talking on instagram, and became quick friends and peers as trainers. After months, we linked up, talked about our respective weight loss journeys, becoming trainers and our similar views, training others, goals, and even dove into the topic of social media – from the standpoint of us using it for business, but how it can become ‘toxic.’ We even jumped into a personal question about which 2 people, dead or alive, we would sit down with and share a drink, a meal, and a conversation with!
