Q&A!
Strength to weight ratio is a form of progress, and progressive overload that is often overlooked, or even completely out of thought. Many of us are losing some weight right now, it’s mid-February. If we’ve been lifting and training consistently for some months, we might be seeing a slight stall in our progress. Why is that? Are we plateauing? Is it time to become discouraged? Or are we actually still progressing, we just don’t see it that way. Strength to weight ratio is at play.
