The destructive feelings of guilt and defeat following a holiday can be detrimental not only to our progress, but to the rest of our year! It’s easy for people to feel that they’ve trashed their results, and just chalk the rest of the year up to “I’ll start fresh in January.” That is exactly the mindset that we want to avoid, as 1 day, 1 holiday, has little bearing on our results. 

29 days until our next holiday, vs the 1 day of Thanksgiving? Frame it correctly, and you have a runway to results laid out in front of you!
