We all self-sabotage at some point, but why does it seem like it’s when we’re about to make the changes that are necessary to get to where we say we want to get? In this 5 minute mini episode I go into how we self sabotage in relation to our nutrition and our training, and what we’re forced to realize when we put a stop to it.

 Don’t fear your success, stop your self-sabotage. Without change, there is no change. Right when you feel pulled back into those bad habits is when you’re right on the cusp of the necessary change.
