In this episode, I talk about a topic which doesn’t often get light shed on it too much: reverse dieting. More specifically, reverse dieting instead of/before going into a diet, or fat loss phase. It’s a very overlooked, yet common scenario that comes about from aimless dieting, fad dieting, and yoyo-ing that I highlight, and explain how, when, and the situations where it’s applicable. Then I talk about how we’re all so hyper-focused on our appearance, and we’re looking to improve our appearance by training, but it would serve us mentally and physically to focus on improving our training and performance, which would improve our appearance as a byproduct.
